To all those who passed by the Margaret River Library's Cocoon Gallery during February and March, thank you for visiting my exhibition, Soundtrack: Art & Movement!
It was a bit of a sad moment for all of us, when, in the midst of the pandemic, the Library had to close its doors to the community and I had to pull down all my paintings, leaving bare white walls at the entrace of the library.
The positive side to all of this, however, was the drawing of my mailing list competition!
This is how it happened!
Once I started painting the prize for the competition, I couldn’t stop and ended up with a few options. I couldn’t decide which of my two favourites I preferred more… so I left it to the winner to make their choice and gave the other painting to the most interactive and positive of my social media followers!
